I found comfort while being at Beauty for Ashes and acceptance and forgiveness in the church. I am so grateful to have received training so I can work, I am so grateful to be connected to God again through going to church. I am thankful to Sunshade too for helping me.’

I am not a learned person. I do not have any qualifications. I was accepted in the church like they are my own family. They gave me part-time work at the church and they opened doors for me to work in other people’s homes – people who love and trust me. They taught me to love God and I do love him. I am so happy.

I made a mistake in my life – one I will regret forever. Being at Beauty for Ashes helped me know that it is not over for me, that I can study a different career and that I can have a good future. I love going to church as it further helped me to understand forgiveness and the love of God.
