Personal Leadership Development Course

Starting in October

Are you self-aware? Ready to self-lead? Resilient against whatever life throws at you?

The unexpected rollercoaster of 2020 has certainly highlighted the need for these important skills. A firm understanding of who God made you to be equips you to use that incredible mixture of talents, passion and creativity to meet any challenges life might throw your way.

To help ensure our young adults are ready, Jubilee’s Education Restitution Initiative is hosting a Personal Leadership Development Course in October & November. This will be a significant investment in the lives of about 12 individuals in their twenties who wouldn’t usually have access to such an opportunity.

It includes:

• an assessment & coaching session to understand your skills, personality, interests and values, between the 12 October and the 13 November.
• a two-day leadership workshop on the 18 and 19 November where you’ll learn to leverage these personal insights towards mastering self-leadership, uncertainty/change, dealing with stress, personal purpose…. and more. Through learning to lead yourself better, you will be better equipped to lead others

The course costs R150, but the cost shouldn’t be a barrier to participating and there is an option to have a payment plan or apply for financial assistance.
