Reading the bible
God’s growth process starts and continues with hearing clearly what He has said to us through His Word — the Bible. Therefore, to grow as Christians, we must open up His Word, understand it, and apply it to our hearts and lives.
Practical Steps I can take:
- Purchase a physical Bible
- Identify a Bible reading plan (and try to read with some friends!)
- Obtain some help in reading and understanding (from sermons or commentaries in understanding the meaning of biblical passages)
