We are a group of students, 20s and matriculants from Jubilee Community Church in Cape Town.
Jubilee is made up of people from all kinds of different backgrounds, races, nations and ages who have discovered and accepted the transforming grace and kindness of Jesus Christ. His love and leadership is the reason and foundation of our church life together.
We’re an active and vibrant community and hope you find yourself at home here with us while you are in Cape Town. There’s loads happening – from social events to mission outreaches to leadership training. We host meetings where Christian thought leaders can be a voice on campuses, as well as numerous other fun events during the year. We’ll be posting current and upcoming events as dates are finalised.
We are eager to see you find community, have fun and grow in your faith in God. We meet on Sundays at 21 Nelson Rd, Obs, and 33 Kloof St – you can click here for venue details and times. We run shuttles on Sunday mornings and evenings – check out the shuttle times below for our Obs meetings.
We also meet in small Life Groups in people’s homes and residences mid-week. Click here if you’re interested in visiting a Life Group.
As a church we are active in reaching our local community with the love of God and practical help. You may be interested to look into or volunteer in areas such as such as our Medical Health Centre or our Homework Club – check out Jubilee Social Ministries for more info.
